Group Points and Group Registration Submission

Please submit the required information for the appropriate submission type described below. Note that points cannot be added to your account until we have all of the necessary information. The submission form is request points for group registration events, request points for posted mayor/superintendent videos, and to provide the Community Challenge team with the required information to participate in Group Registration.
